From time to time, Hughes Marine seeks to hire motivated employees with a strong work ethic to work at our Erie Basin pier in Brooklyn, NY. If we are not hiring, many times we are able to refer a qualified prospective employee to another company within the maritime industry. The positions for which we generally accept applicants are laborers, welders, and bargemen. We don’t have any tugs that require a crew and therefore we don’t hire tug personnel.
